I am in need of a programmer who, ideally, is also talented in design or work closely with a great designer. What I am looking to build is a complex website with a large content management system. I would like for the project to be finished by the end of the year. The project will include the following:
1. A basic social networking platform with messaging, a wall, forums etc.
2. Classified ads with a payment gateway (paypal is fine to begin)
3. There will be many pages of information (content provided by me) and will include photos, video etc. This will all need to attach to a content management system so that we can add more information and photos as we go.
I am looking for someone to keep working with if everything goes well. I am fine with paying a sum to get the website launched and then we can work out payment for all work done afterwards with updates and new features.
