Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced web designer to develop a logo and new website. The website should be developed in wordpress.It should be very professional, modern, refined, and clean. The site will be about our media monitoring and press-release distribution services.
We are looking for a website that is graphically appealing to the user, yet still effectively delivers the message. It will basically be a brochure site about our services, with probably 7-10 top-level navigation tabs plus a few (<10) sub-level pages. The most important thing we are looking for in a designer is the ability to help us communicate our message visually. We need someone who can bring their own ideas to the table.
The designer would need to be able to deliver a design concept within 1 week of being selected, and need to be able to finish the final development within 10 days subsequent to picking a preliminary design. If you cannot deliver within these time-frames please do not bid on the project. This is a work-for-hire project so we would retain all rights to the graphics and website.
We can cancel the project at any time we feel that we are not comfortable with your abilities and any monies in escrow will be returned to us.

Payment term stages:
1. Would fund escrow in full within 1 day of selecting a designer.
2. We will release 25% when logo is completed to our satisfaction and after original graphics are sent to us in vector format.
3. We will release 25% when mockup of home page is complete and we are satisfied with it.
4. We will release 25% when the website is completed and we are satisfied with it.
5. We will release 25% after website is transferred to our server with original graphics and artwork in vector format.
