I want you to build a script that scrapes http://teletekst.nos.nl/tekst/101-01.html every minute and transforms it into two separate RSS feeds.
The first feed should be an all news feed. The second feed should be a breaking news only-feed (which the news provider provides in CAPTIAL letters a few times per month).
RSS-feed 1. Every light blue line should be an entry in the RSS feeder. Considering the screenshot attatched as an example the first entry should be “KLINK PER DIRECT WEG UIT KAMER”, the second entry should be “Bejaarde Francaise week in afgrond”, the third “Belgie onderscheidt Limburgse CvdK” etc.
RSS-feed 2. Every light blue line that is in CAPS ONLY should be an entry in the RSS feeder. Considering the screenshot attatched as an example the only entry should be “KLINK PER DIRECT WEG UIT KAMER”.
