i need to integrate the following plugin for worpress.

i have installed but am not happy with it (i would like to use the XFBML option)
I also need some SEO review of the wordpress install.
The site in question for the SEO and plugin tweaking is www.agoodwrap.com
specifically, i need Australian searches to be able to find my keywords.
