This project has to be completed within 3 weeks – which should be fine for experienced developers. You must be able to start straight away – be easily contactable and available to discuss implementation via IM.
There is no flexibility in this timeline – DO NOT BID if you can not start immediately.
We are looking for an experienced PHP/MySQL developers – ideally with xhtml/css knowledge to upgrade an existing PHP/MySQL DB adding some new features and improving functionality.
Here is a link to a doc which lists some of the changes. I will provide a much more detailed document via PMB – to suitable candidates.

The existing system is PHP/MySQL/Ajax – there is NO underlying development platform e.g. cakePHP . However the PHP and xhtml code is well partitioned and the code is well structured.
We are NOT interested in using another admin system.
