We are been mandated to hire a team of 50 Php/MySql programmers on ODT terms.
We are looking at team from India and other countries.
You need to send CVs of all programmers, there will be interviews of each of them.
Of each 10 person there should be a Project Manager with min. 5+ yrs of experience.
If you have a designer with you that would be good.
The buyer is very choosy in terms of experience with resources. Kindly check this matter keenly. (As technical and English language aptitude would matter)
Payments would be made to companies in there respective countries in there currencies.
