Need calculator made for colourschaircovers.co.uk, will duplicate colourschaircovers.co.uk/web_form and will go on left hand side next to banner.
Brief is attached with prices, if you need i will give ftp to web_form directory so you can copy code and you can make use of existing mysql dbase to extract prices or make new one or use flat file system.
Would like calculator to be on white background with green border and rounded edges. boxes should be in same style as on existing form with green border.
