The files that are used when people view images on my website slow down the servers performance majorly. I would like a way that this can be optimized as well as a fix for improper file size, right now when someone uploads a picture i get the raw image instead of the picture being resized as an output.

i would like them to show more like:

i am only able to spend $10 on this since my bank doesn’t have enough.
