Need a directory to serve EXACTLY like this:

I have a powerpoint file (attached) with the detailed instructions AND I need it done in Joomla! 1.5 I will provide the exact Joomla! template (attached) with files (and search filters) that will be used on the live site.
My basic requirements are as follows:
1. No Access to our DB.
2. I will provide you with the fictional data that you must use on your own live server.
3. CSS Required (cross platform of course)
4. I will release a percentage of the money held in escrow at
scriptlance.com to have you deploy your work onto our server for testing.
5. Our testing will only last 1 hour after installation.
6. Upon completion of necessary revisions we will release all money remaining.
