We require a programmer experienced in magento CE 1.4.1.1 to help with upgrade issues.
We upgraded our site and there are a number of issues including CSS not displaying in both front and backend and what appears to be an incomplete upgrade.
We require that you also keep the locale email templates in the upgrade and upgrade gift module to latest version.
