Hello I need an app that will work on os 4.0.
The app will load an initial webpage (no url bar or any options needed)
The app should allow dowbloading of files and opening them.
Upon downloading or in settings there should be an option to choose where to download the file to.
All basic functions of file manger (view,delete,rename)
