As there are numerous flash elements these will not appear on iphones and some other devices so these need to be replaced.
There are a few options you could do
1) Keep the flash for regular flash-enabled browsers but detect when flash isn’t installed and use an image rollover instead
2) Ditch the flash completely in favour of an image rollover
3) Replace the flash with a jquery/javascript animated rollover
Ideally number 3 would be the best option as it would maintain an animated rollover similar to the current style. When submitting your bid please also let me know how you intend to complete the project so I can judge your bid against your intended solution… also so I know that you’ve read the project details!
