I need a very simplistic, original, and clean design for a site designed to sell hotel rooms.
This website will NOT need to synch or connect with a Global Distribution System and will not have the same requirements as an OBE (Online Booking Engine).
It WILL; however, need the ability to process payment by credit card and be able to send an email or fax to both US and the purchaser.
This website will need to have the capability to keep inventory and have inventory added to it. Once inventory is sold out, then that listing should automatically pull itself from the site, no longer being visible.

This page needs to be created within the time constraints allotted and needs to be done professionally. Bids should be realistic in both price and time needed to complete. Do not bid saying that you can create this site in 3 days. There is no way that that is possible. Please have the ability to stay in contact and exchange emails daily, if necessary.
