Small Wp Plugin Dev. – Gavityforms Integration – Psd Slicing

I launch websites all the time, and would like to launch them with good looking opt-in forms. Basic opt-in forms get the job done, but I would like the design of the opt-ins to match the rest of the site.

I also want the opt-ins to play nice with Gravity Forms. GF allows me to create all kinds of forms pretty quickly. They are also constantly updated and compatible with other services I use (like Campaign Monitor or MailChimp).

Here’s what I want to do:

I need this design ( http://imgur.com/RTomq.png ) integrated with gravity forms
I will provide you with the PSD File.
I would like the Subscribe button to change color (green) when the mouse hovers-over. The green color code is: #00a408
The GF in question is this one You can see it on a page here ( I will provide link )
This opt in box will be placed in 2 places
Sidebar: I need to be able to manipulate it like I would any other widget
On some pages or blog posts: I need to be able to post it on pages or blog posts without braking any other design on the page (css etc)(This design will be a little different and not included in this message)
I want to be able to create other GFs within a site with the default styling. In other words – custom css for just these forms
The WordPress themes that I usually use are constantly updated. Thankfully, they have a place where I can paste custom css so that upgrades don’t break any mods that I do to the design. I need to be able to upgrade without braking the opt-ins

Things you should know:

The version of GF installed is the beta version that can use AJAX instead of reloading the page. Hopefully it is stable.
I prefer that you do this with the AJAX refresh because of the future project that I am thinking about.
Yoast already has a plugin to integrate GF on the sidebar. Note that It does not take care of the styling & that it may/may-not work with ajax (since he coded it before the ajax functionality).

Things I would like to know:

Can I give specific styling to a specific GF and post it on posts/pages via shortcodes?
Example: GF ID1 has different styling than GF ID2?
