we have a new server that we setup some nameservers on. we have updated the dns settings with the registrar last week and most of the time the sites on the server load just fine. however, for some of our clients sites are not loading for them. it appears that the host is resolving slowly and times out resulting in the page/site not to load.
we just want to make sure everything is set up correctly and get some guidiance about how to make it resolve more quickly so that our clients don’t have any issues loading the sites.
we are looking for someone who is experienced with server setup and configuration who can troubleshoot dns/nameserver settings and confirm/fix the settings so that there are no resolving host issues.
looking to get this done asap!
