i have just launched www.adosphere.com and as all new ad network websites, it’s very hard to launch, so, i need to promote it and get both publishers and advertisers. I WILL PAY ONLY ONCE I SEE PEOPLE ADDING CAMPAIGNS AND BUYING ADS.
