I need a quite simple CRM script to manage my outbound calls and inbound calls
I’m looking for a basic crm which can do the 2 phases:
Inbound callls management and Outbound calls management.
In the dashboard we have to see:
– Today Calls for Inbound
– Today Calls for Outbound
– Things to do today
– Calendar
– Statistics (today you called : x Inbound contacts, x outbound contacts)
– Email Marketing
functions:
*Open an Inbound section
Basically the user has to call from the list opening the single sheet containing prospect infos. Would be nice to enlight with different colors the most interestings calls.
I have thousands contacts to call and ofcourse not everyone can be called at the same day… so i think it should be usefull to update everyday the “recall” date on the next day when the “close” procedure gotta ran. Ofcourse updated by hand records have not to be included in this operation.

it’s an event manager. Nice to create “to do things” like example : Send an email to xxx , Pay Bills, Call my wife, etc etc
* Calendar
Would be nice to have integration with outlook. So when an appointemnt (live… to visit by live i mean) is taken
* Statistics
Here we have to count everything is numeric. How many companies we have in outbound list, how many records we have checked today (if we checked, it means we have called… so we easily know how many calls we have done today), how many inbound calls are in a particular Status, how many outbound calls are in a particular status… and so on…
* Email Marketing
Could be useful to have the ability to create a mass email marketing including contacts (for each section… outbound and ibound) by any status
example we could send a xmas email to all our customers, or send a promotional email to interested prospect. So we have to filter them and confirm singly before including in the campaign.

– Partita Iva
– Contact Date Creation [must be automatic created]
– First Call done (date)
– Last Call done (date)
– Next Recall Programmed (here we have to set: next date or No call anymore]

– Status [In offerta – Cliente – Non Interessato – Richiamare – Appuntamento – Inviata offerta by email]
if appointment (appuntamento in italian) is taken ofcourse we should remove it from the list of recalling… it opens the calendar to set the date. Would be nice to integrate it with outlook for sharing appointemnt data.
if appuntamento could be useful to keep datas to insert in a email template for confirmation to be sent.

We must be able to send email (from different accounts, it useful to have abilities to configure different emails for each kind of template we are going to use…)
More or less i would start from these specifications. ofcourse if you have experience on CRM maybe you could suggest more things.
The CRM would be used by me (supervisor) and only 1 other girl. So it would be nice if it is SIMPLE, immediate, with nice windows and readable fonts and nice icons…
