Both sites will be retail, automotive related, will need yr, make, model module, have excellent SEO, and load fast. Each will have about 1000-1500 items. They are unique and will not carry the same products. We already run a few sites, so we are not new to the business. Items will be loaded from a database, not one at a time. Must have great, fresh designs and will set up auth.net, PayPal, SSL, set up Google Shopping feed, and other modules as needed. thanks. You can design off a free Magento theme, or use your own. These are going on older domains (URLS) so they should rank better.
