I am looking for someone to build a fully functional jobs board website. The website would be attractive, easy to use, and have a fully functional back end so I could make changes to the site when required. The site would also need a user login/password system so visitors to the site could post jobs up to the site. I would also want built-in banner advertising capability.
I welcome detailed quotes for the entire project from start to finish and would like to see portfolio examples of similar work the successful programmers have completed before.
