INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPER REQUIRED with Joomla experience.
I would like to create a Joomla based website using the Neo theme from http://www.yoothXXXeme.com/demo/ and content similar to http://www.synerXXXgit.com/ remove the XXX I also already have the theme. I will also need a vertical menu with rollover images which I will provide on the left hand side.
You can develop this on my server with Joomla already installed.
The winning bid will be selected by;
1. Communication Skills – someone who can take a brief, ask good questions, then produce results.
2. Technical Skills – You will need to be able to deliver the work on time.
3. Adaptive Skills – You will need to be able to make changes to your work. Please expect this to be tested.
