Need find a professional to improve the UI of the site (worldchinesemedia.com, or wcm.sumsale.com). it is a Joomla 1.5 site. Just customize module CSS to tune the color, add some borders, or maybe some minor adjustments and improvement on the template to make the site looks more professional.
