I am looking for a Helpdesk website for our clients
we are a it support company and need to implement a helpdesk where our clients can log on a log fault tickets
we have 1 customer with say 70 users we need the ability to create a username and password and to give the it coordinator these details then any of teh staff can log a call using these credentials.
we need to run a report at the end of the month to show the following
ticket id
person who logged the call
problem
resolution of the problem
how long the job took
when a user logs a call it needs to update the site
email the user
email our support at email address
when an update is made on the ticket this is also emailed to the client
we need these asap
