We need a joomla based ad site created for yacht skippers and crew to post an ad to help them find employment.
We have already completed the design and setup a basic site at yachtdeliveryskippers.co.uk (without the www.) to give you an idea of what we are looking for.
We would like the following features with the possibility to add more at a later date (at further cost):
1) Allow all people to create an account
2) Integrate the streamline payment gateway so we can take payments through that system (http://www.rbsworldpay.com/support/bg/index.php?page=development⊂=cart&c=UK)
3) Ability to post ads in the following order:
a) User registers on our site
b) User posts an Ad
c) User makes payment for the Ad to go live
4) Ads post can last a duration of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year etc. Adjustable in Administration. Prices also need to be adjustable in administration
5) Joomla Administration will need to be clutter free and easy to manage.
6) Administration will need to allow ADMINS to edit, change, remove, delete, etc ads, categories and extra fields easily.
7) Administration will allow ADMINS to change the site and advertising text easily.
8) Search Function – The ads will be searchable by the general public from the front-end via both a basic and an advanced search function. There will also need to be filters to filter by qualification, location (all fields in the ads) etc.
9) Ads will need to have the ability to be indexed by search engines
10) Users will be able to “feature” Ads to appear on the homepage. They can also choose to ‘upgrade’ ads to have them bold with a coloured background and add more images.
11) Customer can post free, basic, text only ads with a text limit for a shorter time period. This text limit is then removed and the time extended and pictures/CV’s can be added with the paid for ads. This text and picture limit needs to be fully customisable from the admin page.
12) add other important elements like social bookmarking, tell a friend, etc
13) Make sure the site is SEO friendly with proper Titles and Meta Descriptions.
14) Take care of setting up all static pages like FAQ’s, About Us, Terms, Privacy, Contact (email form), etc
15) The ability to add extra fields to the ads such as, for example, areas covered, languages spoken, qualifications which are also indexed for searching
16) ability to add and change all categories at a later date
17) Easily add to and edit news feeds page
18) Reviews can be left for clients, which need to be approved by us before going live
19) Will require full support of the created product, with minor changes made at no extra cost.
Please note the budget for this project is $700 and is set as a maximum. Any bids over this budget will just be deleted. Please also bare in mind I am currently out of the country so all communications will need to be via infrequent messages.
Please only bid if you have the correct experience in this field and create the project within time and budget.
We will grant the winning bidder full access to our private server.
