I am looking for someone to quickly install a phpBB-Creloaded mod for me. This is the contribution I need installed (I have already purchased it).

The version of PhpBB is a Fresh Install. I need the website header and footer included in the forums. I will need a text file with names of all the CRE Loaded files that have been edited.
This should be a 15 – 30 Minute job for anyone who is used to installing contributions on cre and phpbb. If this is successful, I may further use your services for installing several other modifications on PHPBB. I am on a budget, so no unrealistic bids please.
