i need to be able to display (varying) number of items that need rating. When the user has rated all items they can submit them to be stored – howver if they have not then an error message is displayed.
The rating system should be 10 stars and there could be 10 items or more that require rating.

which may helps and points me in preference to JQuery programmers.
This is an ongoing project and there will be more work – please bid realistically.
