We are marketing a new real estate development project. We need to Create web pages with a flash template. I will need help picking a flash template (this is where the creativity kicks in). Something that fits with this project, opens fast, has a clean look and is professional looking.

* Programmer should have good reviews/feedback, be creative, experienced, have good communication and an eye for detail.
