Hi,
We are looking for a single-page site design for a real estate property for sale (please provide real estate portfolio).
Please keep in mind;
– This is not for a company so theres no logo
– Its an expensive property, asking $1mil+ so the layout has to be somewhat elegant
– Need room for the following page elements; address/contact info somewhere on top, slideshow for the attached images plus more (ajax or javascript based or any other suggestions?), area of property highlights displayed with bulletpoints or other design elements you recommend, room to describe the town, school systems etc.
I am open to a lot of input from you since you are the designer, I only know what info we need to present to a potential buyer, the way to present it is up to you 🙂
