I am looking for a coder to develop/clone 6 tools from a collegedata.com website:

I already have a working database with all the data for the above tools to integrate and input all of the data queries into these tools.
Will need a user registration control panel with user profiles where members data can be stored and used for these tools to get results.
Also required an admin panel to add/edit/modify user accounts.
