USER INTERFACE:

step1: the user enters their email, name, age, country, phone no., city, password and creates an account. (they receive an email automatically with their username and password)
step2: the user logs in at: www.handwritingwizard.com/new-report to start the handwriting analysis.
step3: in the first page, they enter their (or their friends) first & last name, select male/female and clicks begin.
step4: here, they will be shown a question and multiple options with radio buttons (each option has a image and a description text). The user selects any one option and clicks next.
similarly, the next page has another question with multiple options. (NOTE: Some pages have only one question while some pages have multiple questions. Some have radio buttons and some have checkmark options.)
Final page: the user clicks “view report” and an online report is generated (it shows the options they selected and a “corresponding analysis” for each option they had choosen)
(Note: the user gets another email saying their report is generated and they can view it online anytime by logging into their account)

ADMIN SECTION:

1) here admin should be able to add the questionaire pages and also should be able to add images and questions for each page and a corresponding “RESULT DESCRIPTION” i.e. if user chooses option #1, a corresponsing analysis text to be shown. (single question with multiple images/options or multiple questions with multiple images/options per page, radio button or chechmark button). please put option to edit/delete the pages, images or questions.
2) admin should be able to edit the “final report” page. (like displaying the users first name, last name, in case of female the sentence should show “her” where-ever needed and in case of male, “his” should be displayed)
3) admin should be able to view all users who have taken the handwriting analysis along with their registered details (except password), date/time and their “REPORTS”. please put option to edit/delete them and also option to export the users database (first name, last name, email, country, ip address) to a text file.
4) Settings: Admin name, Admin email, password change option and also option to edit the automatic emails. (the welcome email, the “report ready” email, forgot password email)

MEMBER SECTION:

The users who have registered should be able to login to their account. Once they login they can see their handwrting analysis report. (Name, date/time, view report link).
NOTE: if users have taken more than one handwrting analysis, it should be displayed one below the other in this format: Name, date/time, view report link)
Please add a “forgot password” option, if users need to retrieve their password.

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS:

1) once the script is ready, i will provide a web design template to integrate the script.
2) if you know AJAX, you can use it to give the script a slick feel. (coders with AJAX knowledge are preferred)
3) I expect a professionally done script and good after sales support. (bug fixes, updates etc.)
