I need to do change the header for my website
All the instruction is stated clearly on the attachment with numbers marking and please refers below for the numbers indication
1 Shop all departments change it to Browse by Categories
2 When people roll the mouse into it I wish to have Glow effect
3 When people roll the mouse into it I wish to have Color changes
4 Make the application scroll slower
