I am using an online membership profile application called Profile Member Premium 4.0 at http://www.interlogy.com/products/pmpre/. I need an HTML programmer to:
1) Customize the header and footer of a registration form and the member control panel template and then integrate them into my membership website. These forms must appear seamless in design when integrated into my site.
2) Add short instructions for several data base fields for members to follow before entering their data.
3) Remove code for navigation items and member features that will not be used. This is about 95% of the script as it has far more features than I need.
This is not a typical membership site with protected member pages and content. Members will simply register and create their own private profile page for the member data base.

My website source code, server information and anything else necessary will be supplied to the selected bidder for the integration.
