Theme is attached herewith. Pls install theme on your system to check for following bugs.
Following bugs needs to be corrected.

1) When a user signs up their login information isn’t emailed to them, but they do receive a blank email
2) When a potential customer arranges a viewing by filling out the “Shedule a showing” on the listing, the agent does not receive the full email, only parts of it, so the agent is unable to contact the interested customer
3)When a new agent registers their profile shows up an “error 404” when you try to view the agents profile
4) When you click the Agent profile link from the listing page the page comes as blank
5) Post an agent submit a featured property and clicks on “View Details” link from his/her dashboard the property detail page does not open up.
Few modifications are also required which are mentioned below

1) Need a new design for this theme to optimize website space for advertisement
2) Need some free plugin to manage banners (top, left side, right side, bottom, scrolling banner). Size of banner should be customizable to incorporate many banners. Example can be found at magicbricks, allcheckdeals
