This project is concerning the open source Kannel SMS/WAP gateway.
The project has two steps, and can you solve one of them, but not the other, that is still fine.
Feature 1: It must be possible to add a parameter to charge extra for SMS services.
Feature 2: Adding a MMS gateway to kannel, with support for a number of functions which is described in a document, that can be delivered to relevant developer.
