We would like to use the CodeIgniter framework to speed up the development of plugins for WordPress. We have found a lot of documentation that shows how this may be done.

But we have had the following main issue:
WP seems to hijack the URL, the requests send to CI is responded by WP
We would like someone to create a plugin or form of integration that will allow us to develop plugins in CI for WP asap.
