I need a code created that will generate a tool for my website. The tool is a SERP Keyword tool where my clients will be able to enter their keywords & URL into the corresponding fields and generate the SERP rankings or lack there for their URL / Keyword combo.
There are many free Widgets on the net but they all send traffic back to their site, so I want a widget created for me that I own. I need the code generated to be hosted on my website and it will run keyword SERP reports for Google, Yahoo and Bing.

I also want a FREE WIDGET link built into the tool, so if others want to promote my tool and website they can easily grab the HTML code that will give me free links and will link people right back to my site. I dont want the code to be able to be manipulated by others to get a free tool, in their own name without referring me traffic and links.
