I remember someone offering a similar software tool here for $35.
It was a piece of software where you enter the minimum number of fans e.g. 100000 and a keyword, the tool will search pages on facebook with minimum of number 100000 fans and has “keyword” in title, and then check in info tab or somewhere to get the email address of the owner/admin and save them to a text files..
