I need a pop-up added to a website when the user closes the site.
Inside the pop-up there will be 6 fields that must be completed by the user or the user can simply just close it. The information inserted by the user needs not to be stored but must be emailed to us. We also need the affiliate code sent to us with the user info.
If possible the pop-up must not be showed to the same user if he/she visits and closes the site later again.
Same feature to be added to 3 sites.
