Currently we create the new user’s email account manually by going to the simple admin control panel where we give our admin login and admin password where we add new user account, specify mail box size, password of the account, real name of the user etc.
We want to make it interactive. The email account should be created automatically when the user signs up with us. This way the user will be able to access his new account right away.
1. An email should be sent to the user’s email address about his account info, username that he chose during signup, the password that he chose during sign up etc alongwith our pre-written welcome letter.
2. Another email should be sent to our email address that will contain the contact information and details of the new sign up.
3. While the user signs up for his new account, the account information i.e. the username and password should be displayed in the browser after the account is created.
4. This account should be created at the time of sign up by the user such that by clicking a button or link on the page, the user should directly log into his account without giving his username and password at this stage.
