I need a highly experienced and talented programmer, has the capacity to build a powerful and attractive product and services reviews and price comparison website that enables customers to easily search read reviews and compare products/services at competitive prices, with the added option to be directed to the provider to complete the transaction the website must be similar but not a copy to:

Website part
– Site must be compatible with all well-known web browsers and must load as quickly as possible.
– A full user guide must be included, explaining how the site, database and script work. This must also show how to customize the website, add or edit content, add/remove stores etc.
– I need to have copyright ownership of the completed project, history of recent searches made by customers in the site along with a forums page (option to enable or disable forum).
– SEO critical and I may want to hire continued SEO.
– Incorporate ability to search net listings for products and services, search among top products or services according to different parameters (price, ratings) and facilitate location on a Google Maps Interface so people can see where markets or offices are, plus images and info of the products. Data can also be fed by signed up associates.
– The site allows for zip code input (or manually specified location) to calculate shipping and tax (+DHL + FedEx + TNT + EMS).
– Feedback form for lazy people – ajax checkboxes of 3-5 top product features based on five star rating
– Online monitoring of suspicious activity on site (feedback, score etc…)

BEFORE bidding on the project please have a look at the websites that we like and ONLY bid if you can do the project. Also let us know if you have any experience with price comparison.
IMPORTANT:
You will only be awarded the project once you have agreed to the terms and have provided me with the TOTAL bid amount. I don’t want to get surprises later on by asking me that you want more and more money. Please save yourself the time and don’t try to con our company.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Due to the horrific experiences we have obtained, I will only submit payment in full once the project is 100% complete and operational. I will only use escrow with developers that have 4+ feedback rating, for all others below that amount I will not use escrow but will instead pay in full once the project is complete.
As a bonus, if you can program the site to recognize when it is being accessed from a mobile device such as an iphone, blackberry, whatever, and then have the site be displayed in a mobile friendly manner I will pay you EXTRA.
