I want to offer the service of designing an ID card, collecting and storing the photo and text data, and also printing the card, online.

Basically you logon and create an account. (Email pwd verification)
You select the fields you want or you simply create the fields as you place them on the design. You then save the design and then capture photos and data. This can either be used to print the card on a desktop host machine or the data can be sent to us for Bureau printing.
I need quotations to complete the project. From scripting to design layout.
