I need to create a shopping cart that is only going to hold about 5-10 items. The issue I have is that when a user first comes to the website, they will enter their zip code and depending on their zip code, they will see certain products. How do you propose to do this? Please let me know time frame and cost. Budget is minimal. I know there are already existing shopping carts, Virtuemart, Magento that can probably handle this.
I need to know about the zip code showing certain products.
