I want to redesign the layout and template of my site. There is a website I really like and want that layout. This other website I dont have access to the files but want something very similar to it. I am basically wanting you to make a copy of this website for me, and install all the files on my site. All the style sheets and images should refer to the files on my server and not there server. I don’t need any of the programming setup or function to work, but just need everything to be there and installed on the layout. I have another programmer that will go in from there and setup everything to function with his database. The navigation bar on this is all text will just need you to change the text to my text I need on the navigation bar.
