Cleaning/Cleaners – What areas to focus on sort of linke an advanced spring clean guide, Doors, Kitchens, bathrooms, laundries bedrooms etc
Windows, Flyscreens, cleaning curtains, blinds,
Garages, Storage, shelving, garage makeovers
Roofing, Common Types in Australia, repairs, maintenance etc
Staging a home for sale ie renting furniture, styling companies where you can get this service from in Australia
Photography – tips for room photography, what lenses you will need etc, stories about professionals, basically we want customers to realise that they dont have the kit or the experience to do a good job of this.
Pest and building inspections, what they look for
Council Cleanup rules and schedules for North Sydney Council, Mosman Council Hunters Hill Council, Manly Council (all of this can be copied and pasted from the council websites)
