We have 13 yes/no/both questions and one open ended question at the end. Depending on how someone answers the question, it generates a pdf report explaining how each answer helps/hurts them.
We have the questions and the answers… we just need a programmatic way of presenting it.
The site design is not important… we will skin it to make it look pretty… we just need the back-end coding.
It needs to work exactly like: http://isfacebookforme.com/
