Hi would like plans for a 3200 sq meter lot with a 4 bed room house 2 bath room, 6 1 bedroom bungalows and a bar / games room and swimming pool.
please draw the plqans to scale also artists impression would be good these plans will be used for a upcoming building project in the Philippines i will obviously hire local specialist for final plans but need good idea of how will look land is square with road to the right side it is currently mango trees so plase allow small woodland area. land is on a slight incline.
basically looking for ideas how to best use the land and what sort of space we can get and how many holiday homes can fit on the land laeving enough space for some leasure area and gym.
