Requirement: To design a website around a 3D animated character. This character is created and will interact with the site visitors. The target market is Realty and as such will interface with other database driven sites and parse the data for use on this site. This site must be designed to be very modular adding and removing features at will. A back-end management system to be included. This would include the option to upload and change listing photos, select which social networks the listing will be posted to, select other external sites to be shared and/or posted to. The technology and design of this site will be the first milestone. All source files will be supplied at the end of each milestone and audited by us.
