We have commissioned a new design and now we need it applied to our site. The site is built in php with Smarty templates (I believe). It is designed to adjust according to screen size or resolution.
We are in search of a programmer with expert CSS abilities to implement this design using table-less pages so that it is cross-platform compatible with all major browsers including mobile browsers.
You will transform the home page to the new design and of course the header and footer so that the style is applied throughout the site. You will check each page and make any adjustments that may be necessary to the header, footer, and body to implement this design. I will provide you with the .psd’s
