I setup 301 redirects in my .htaccess file because I updated the URL structure of my site. It has been a month now and google still has not updated their search results to reflect my URL changes.
What I changed was going from www.mysite.com/category.html/ to www.mysite.com/category.html
The / was coming up before as a result of my script doing that. My script was updated and it stopped adding the /. I then did a 301 redirect in my .htaccess to point anyone going to category.html/ to category.html instead.

Payment will be put into escrow and only released upon getting this issue resolved. If you are not able to within a mutually agreed upon timeframe then the escrow will be cancelled and payment will not be made.
