NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS
Payment is broken down milestones, each for the requirement below. As each is completed uploaded to my server, tested and approved, money is released.

The mobile app works, so you are not developing from scratch.
Project Requirements:
1. INTEGRATION OF HEADER, MENU AND FOOTER
(a) Update Header (from music to translate), Flash/CSS Menu and Footer with one on membership site.
(b) Integration codes and instructions will be given.
2. FINISH ROUNDCUBE INSTALL AND CONFIGURATION
(a) remove the roundcube login that show when click on mobile tab
(b) remove line in roundcube address book showing member’s mobile email address
(c) remove icons in roundcube that are not relevant
(d) remove create new contact tab icon
(e) disable junk folder that shows in Settings-Preferences
(f) complete the mobile permission process which pulls on member’s
(g) prevent duplicate window from opening when a permission option is selected
(h) prevent emails from inbox, only emails within the server community is allowed
(i) when member’s invitation is accepted, member is added to roundcube address book
(j) mobile permissions icon should be active on all roundcube pages
– icon not active in address book and settings view
(k) add link to profile icon so it goes to member’s profile
(l) hide/mask mobile url from address line, substitute main site url
(m) set limit for email attachment size
(n) set limit for inbox size
(o) insert message at bottom of box to let member know oldest message will be deleted first when quota is reached.
(p) limit characters in compose form to 1000, need to be considerate of phone capacity
3. MEMBERSHIP PROFILE CHANGES
:: mobile is already integrated into membership module
(a) when member signs into their profile, click on “Send Text to Mobile”, do not show their name in From: because it will be sending permission to himself.
(b) if member goes to a member’s profile that they do not have permission to send text, member names shows in To: box, when “add recipients” is clicked pull list of all member’s in membership directory who have are not in member’s roundcube address book. List alphabetically by last name
(c) app to check to see if a previous invitation was sent to member, no double invitation allowed
(d) limit number of send text to mobile to a maximum of 20 at a time.
(e) complete the process sending text to mobile with the data recorded in member’s profile
i. mobile type (sms/mms), mobile number, provider send code
to make it possible for member to receive text on phone. Phone type, mobile number and send code is recorded in member’s profile.
(f) other modules use the mobile application, when “send text to mobile” on other modules is clicked, it should access the mobile app
4. SETUP COMPREHENSIVE ADMIN
(a) all tabs in attached mobile jpg needs to be functional with correct data showing
(b) admin to manage, edit, delete, block access of mobile functions
(c) integrate admin to main site admin, integration code and instructions will be given.
(d) not all members will know their provider send code. When a member enters provider’s name which is collected at registration and recorded in members profile, match provider’s name and populate provider’s send code with the one we have in database.
