I am starting my own web design business and was hoping to keep it at a two man operation. Myself stick with the designing and I need to find someone that can do the psd to xhtml/css conversions. I am looking for someone who can do quick turn around on 5 page web sites, someone who is prompt on emailing back and forth, and someone who can do it at a decently fair price.
I live in southern California so it would be ideal to find someone in the same area but other countries will work just as long as we can communicate.
Prices may vary per job but I am hoping for anywhere from 30-50.00 per project that you are given.
